TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. OVERVIEW, BINDING EFFECT, AND NATURE OF DIGITAL GOODS
This Refund and Cancellation Policy (the "Policy") constitutes a legally binding, non-negotiable contractual agreement between the end-user ("Student", "You", or "Your") and Wisdom Learning School

2. MANDATORY DEDUCTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE AND CHANNEL FEES
Prior to any evaluation of refund eligibility by Wisdom Learning School, all approved transactions shall be strictly subject to a mandatory, non-waivable deduction of:

• A fixed Administrative Processing Fee of RMB ¥300 per transaction.
• An additional Third-Party Payment Gateway/Channel Surcharge matching the exact fee levied by the payment processing merchant (including but not limited to WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay, or Stripe), ranging from 1% to 3% of the total gross transaction volume.

Under no circumstances—including but not limited to accidental purchasing, student scheduling conflicts, technical incompatibility on the user's end, or subjective dissatisfaction—shall these administrative and channel impositions be waived or mitigated.

3. STRINGENT FORMAT-SPECIFIC ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

3.1. Pre-recorded On-Demand Video Courseware
A highly conditional petition for a partial refund for pre-recorded digital courseware will only be entertained if it strictly satisfies all of the following cumulative system logs. Failure to satisfy even a single parameter will result in the immediate and absolute forfeiture of all refund rights:

• Hyper-Restricted Statutory Window: A formal, written written petition must be securely timestamped and received by our compliance department within exactly 24 hours from the precise second of the transaction settlement.
• The Absolute Consumption Threshold: System logs must conclusively verify that the Student account has not viewed, streamed, clicked, cached, or downloaded more than 1% or 1 individual video lesson of the aggregate curriculum. Any automated background buffer or partial loading of video content shall be legally construed as active consumption.
• Immediate Forfeiture via Materials Access: If any accompanying digital resources, downloadable templates, PDFs, source codes, or syllabus materials have been opened, viewed, or downloaded, the entire purchase immediately and irrevocably transforms into a non-refundable asset.

3.2. Synchronous Live Classes and Cohort Webinars
Due to predetermined cohort seat allocations, live infrastructure costs, and fixed instructor remuneration schedules at Wisdom Learning School, the following strict binary refund matrix applies:

• Pre-Commencement Rescission Window: A partial refund (minus the mandatory administrative and channel fees) is solely permissible if a formal written petition is successfully filed no less than 7 calendar days prior to the officially scheduled commencement date of the inaugural live broadcast session.
• Late-Stage Penalty Window: Any cancellation requested less than 7 calendar days prior to the first live session shall be penalized with a mandatory forfeiture of 50% of the gross purchase price, in addition to the deduction of administrative and channel fees.
• Post-Commencement Absolute Bar: Upon the official scheduled start time of the first live class session, the contract is deemed fully and irreversibly executed. No refunds, credits, or roll-overs shall be issued under any circumstances, regardless of student attendance, time zone miscalculations, or local internet service provider (ISP) latency.

3.3. Bespoke Multi-Session One-on-One Mentorship Packages
Multi-session multi-hour tutorial packages are sold as a holistic, integrated, and indivisible utility bundle. Partial termination of this contract is heavily penalized via the following clawback mechanisms:

• The Non-Discounted Retail Reversion Penalty: In the highly exceptional event that a partial refund for unused sessions is legally sanctioned within the mandatory 7-day purchase window, all previously utilized, missed, or late-canceled sessions will retroactively lose their promotional package discount. These sessions will be re-billed and clawed back at our maximum, premium single-session standard retail rate of RMB ¥800 per hour. The remaining balance, if any, minus the administrative fee, will be considered for a refund.
• The 48-Hour Hard Cancellation Rule: Modification, cancellation, or rescheduling of any single-session appointment requires verified written notice submitted through our official platform exactly 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Failure to provide this timely notice will result in the automatic, non-reversible deduction of that session from the package balance as if fully attended.
• Temporal Expiration Clause: All session tokens within a package possess a strict structural lifespan and must be fully exhausted within 90 days from the initial transaction date. Any unused session tokens remaining after this expiration date are automatically nullified, non-refundable, and legally classified as abandoned property.

3.4 Physical Textbooks

• Textbooks may be returned for a refund (minus processing fees) within 60 days of delivery, provided they remain unopened, unused, and free from damage or markings
• If the issue is due to our error (wrong item shipped, missing item, or a quality defect/damage), you may request a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return and reshipping costs
• For returns due to personal reasons (e.g. wrong grade level purchased, no longer needed) rather than our error, return shipping costs will be borne by the student; we will refund the item cost (minus processing fees) excluding shipping
• Once a textbook has been opened, used, or marked, it is no longer eligible for return, except in cases of printing defects (e.g. missing pages), which may still be addressed on a case-by-case basis
• Accreditation course bundles that include official enrollment with Abeka are non-refundable once enrollment has been activated, as enrollment fees are paid directly to Abeka and are non-reversible

4. EXHAUSTIVE MULTI-STAGE COMPLIANCE APPLICATION PROCEDURE
To maintain administrative integrity and prevent fraudulent resource consumption, Wisdom Learning School will systematically ignore all informal, verbal, or casual refund requests made through customer service chat, WeChat, or social media channels. The Student must meticulously execute the following bureaucratic procedure:

1. Formal Request Submission: The Student must formally request, download, fill out, and physically sign our Official Refund Claim Petition Form (Form PRC-R01).
2. Identity and Payment Verification: The completed Form PRC-R01 must be accompanied by a clear, high-resolution copy of the student’s government-issued Resident Identity Card or Passport, which must match the exact billing name on the Alipay/WeChat Pay account used during the transaction.
3. Written Statement of Justification: The Student must provide a detailed, typewritten statement (minimum 300 words) detailing objective, verifiable technical or structural deficiencies of the service. Subjective personal justifications such as "changed my mind," "no longer have time," or "financial hardship" do not constitute valid grounds for review.
4. Submission Channel: The complete verification packet must be compiled into a single PDF file and transmitted exclusively to contact@wisdomlearningschool.com.

5. PROTRACTED AUDIT AND EVALUATION WINDOWS
Upon receipt of a fully compliant verification packet, the internal compliance committee of Wisdom Learning School will initiate a comprehensive audit of the Student’s digital footprint, server interaction history, and IP address logs.

• The mandatory internal evaluation and verification period may consume up to 45 business days.
• If a refund is approved, the funds will be issued solely back to the original Alipay, WeChat Pay, or bank account utilized during checkout. Please allow an additional 21 business days for the clearinghouse and financial intermediaries to process the transaction.
